Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to lead its sales team in Prosper, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior buying experience, drive high team performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a successful sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Focus on traffic management and setting appointments for your team
• Take turns and close deals
• Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
• Enforce dealership safety and security protocols

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales (required)
• Proven track record of success in sales and excellent customer service
• Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
• Valid US driver’s license
• Knowledge of the local automobile marketplace
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software

Pay

$6,000 to $10,000 per month, paid semimonthly.
