About the role
The Assistant Room Service Manager is responsible for the in-room dining operation of the hotel. They will maintain and control a high level of guest service and develop and train staff members.

Requirements
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
- One to two years’ experience working in a Food & Beverage management position preferred
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage
Qualifications
- US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship
Skills
- Knowledge of MICROS

Schedule & Hours
The hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, and the Assistant Room Service Manager is expected to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
