Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the production process and ensure production goals are met.
- Help oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance.
- Maintain production quality and safety standards.
- Help the manager train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees).
- Aid in monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, and managing costs.
- Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Serve as acting manager during manager absences.
Preffered
- Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
