What You'll Do
- Support the recruiting, onboarding, and development of Outfitters to ensure excellence in service and sales
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience with energy and care
- Act as a shift leader, directing floor operations and assisting with real-time coaching
- Foster a high-performance team culture by recognizing achievements and encouraging accountability
- Provide clear communication across the team to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and customer needs
- Aid with scheduling, operational support, and the execution of store events and initiatives
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, prioritizing satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of retail leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Leadership skills in coaching, team motivation, delegation, and conflict resolution
- Proven experience with retail operations such as scheduling, inventory, and floor management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Passionate about team development, recognition, and growth
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with Fleet Feet’s mission and values
