Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the business.
• Work on shift with the team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere that brings out the best in the team.
• Support the management team with opening and closing procedures and some financial aspects of the unit.
• Ensure best brand practice is followed and maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and team.

Requirements

• Some experience of leading a team in the past.
• Confidence to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the business.
• Ability to work on shift with the team.
• Passion for great customer service.
• Airport only: successful candidates must provide a full 5‑year work history and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security regulations.
