First, we have "Full-timePart-time $17.50 - 20.50 per hour". That's pay and schedule info. We have "Assistant General Manager Reports to: Restaurant General Manager". That's maybe part of role description. We have description of duties: "The Assistant General Manager (AGM) oversees all Restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards. ..." That's responsibilities. Then "Essential functions include, but are not limited to:" list of bullet points (though not bullet format). We can treat as list. Then "What Will Make You Successful:" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Physical Requirements:" list. Then "Reasonable Accommodations:" maybe not needed. Then "What You Can Expect from Us:" list of benefits. Then "About the Company:" description. Then "Supplemental pay Bonus pay Benefits Paid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)" seems duplicate. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "The Assistant General Manager (AGM) oversees all Restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards. They support the Management Team in staff management and financial performance management, playing a pivotal role in implementing policies, ensuring safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. As the GM's right hand, they assist in decision-making, training, and maintaining overall restaurant efficiency and profitability. The AGM will assist in executing limited GM duties as needed." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The essential functions list. - Requirements: "What Will Make You Successful:" includes many items (age, education, language, etc). Could be requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Previous fast food management experience required. Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems. Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery. Displays detailed knowledge of all key food handling/food safety procedures." Could be qualifications. - Skills: "Strong leadership skills, including leading by example and remaining calm and professional in challenging situations. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, looping in the right stakeholders for support when needed. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations. Ability to display positive attitude and a genuine desire to make others happy and serve one another. Ability to treat others with respect and care. Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English. Self-motivated and action-oriented. Attitude that embraces learning. Willing to admit when you made a mistake, take accountability, and fix the issue. Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts - dependable and reliable. Must have reliable transportation to work and to company outside events / meetings. Must be available and willing to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays." Could be skills. - Physical Requirements: maybe part of Requirements or separate but we don't have a section for Physical Requirements; we could include under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? But we only have allowed sections; we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or Skills? Probably better to include under Requirements as it's a requirement. - Benefits: "What You Can Expect from Us: Competitive salary and bonus program 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision Insurance Paid time off Ongoing career and leadership development Scholarship opportunities People-first culture Authentic, values-based leadership" plus duplicate list. - Pay: "$17.50 - 20.50 per hour" - Schedule: "Full-timePart-time" maybe indicates both full-time and part-time available. So schedule: Full-time and Part-time. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for Pay and Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. For About the role: prose paragraph(s) ->

. Responsibilities: list of essential functions ->

    • each. Requirements: list of items from "What Will Make You Successful:" maybe also physical requirements. Could be list. Qualifications: list of items like previous experience, knowledge, etc. Skills: list of items like leadership, communication, etc. Benefits: list of items. Pay: maybe

      with pay range. Schedule: maybe

indicating full-time and part-time. We must ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content precisely. First, remove boilerplate: "Burger King CareersBKC-03801Assistant Restaurant Manager Assistant Manager" etc. Also "ShareApply". Also "Assistant General Manager Reports to: Restaurant General Manager" maybe part of role. We need to keep substantive info. Let's rewrite sections. **About the role**: Paragraph: "The Assistant General Manager (AGM) oversees all Restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards. They support the Management Team in staff management and financial performance management, playing a pivotal role in implementing policies, ensuring safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. As the GM's right hand, they assist in decision-making, training, and maintaining overall restaurant efficiency and profitability. The AGM will assist in executing limited GM duties as needed." That's good. **Responsibilities**: List items from "Essential functions include, but are not limited to:" followed by sentences. We'll split each sentence as a list item. List: - Demonstrates self-awareness, motivates self and others, and proactively seeks feedback. - Understands the impact of job responsibilities on Guests, Team, and Restaurant Operations. - Ensures adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety. - Creates a supportive environment for team members and resolves concerns promptly. - Treats employees with respect, recognition, and manages sales and labor tracking effectively. - Maintains cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards to uphold brand image. - Plans and executes shift operations efficiently, following company guidelines for cost control. - Leads with empathy, fairness, and a focus on teamwork, identifying and developing talent for future roles. - Applies financial understanding to improve business decisions and ensure cash handling procedures are followed. - Ensures compliance with labor laws. - Coordinates restaurant operations, including staffing and inventory management, and completes administrative duties. - Identifies trends and implements action plans for improvement, focusing on long-term sales growth. - Motivates and trains Team Members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining a safe environment for guests and Team Members. - Supports the success of the business hands-on as needed, whether by preparing food, serving guests, cleaning the store, or other duties. - Other duties as assigned. **
