Company Name: A Renowned Fast Food Chain Restaurant (BFC) Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202674749 Assist RM for Total operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.Assist RM for Training the whole team of the outlet for achievement.Serves as assistant to the Restaurant manager and provides additional management coverage of Operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual unitFull responsibility for specific financial controls, Team Member training assignments, and the screening of prospective employees under the direction of the Restaurant Manager.Directly performs hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, responds to customer service needs, or otherwise role models appropriate skills and behavior in the restaurantProvides overall leadership; recognizes and motivates members of the team, and coaches and trains the team for operational excellence.Assist in management of day-to-day operations by managing labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing restaurant teamAnalyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable on continual basis, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targetsEnsure that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.Supervise others efficiently and coordinates their work.Assist in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security police are met.Assist Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.Assist RM conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and trainArranging Staff meeting every month/Writing down issues, discussing and sharing with other management team. Celebrate the success and make action plan if issues still persist.Checking all reports of Daily, Weekly and month end, before sending them to ConcernsArranging Training class and implement on job training. conduct formal crew performance appraisal.Need to run restaurant operation independently with utmost responsibility of ensuring all sop and guideline set by management.
