Key Responsibilities
- Shift Management:
- Staff delegation and maintaining high quality service standards
- Make informed decisions regarding guest accommodations, staffing and operational issues
- Coaching & Leadership:
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members.
- Lead by example, demonstrate a positive work ethic and maintain a professional attitude.
- Economic Management:
- Proper delegation of resources, truck ordering, employee scheduling, prepare reports and deposits,
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to financial procedures, monitor cash flow, identify and report any discrepancies
- Safety & Cleanliness:
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
