As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume hospitality, enjoys leading teams on the floor, and takes ownership of both guest experience and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening, peak service, and closing
• Coach, develop, and schedule team members to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintain strong food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Support a positive team culture focused on accountability and performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
• 1+ year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing labor, and controlling costs
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Pay

Base salary: $64,000 – $67,000 per year. Quarterly performance bonus + annual super bonus.
