Responsibilities

• Oversee Front and Back of House Operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all restaurant operations
• Ensure Food Quality and Safety
• Control Costs
• Lead and Develop the Team
• Maintain Systems and Standards
• Manage Merchandising
• Oversee Office Management Functions
• Forecast and Budget
• Address and Escalate Routine Issues

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in restaurant/food service management

Qualifications

• Skills: Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities
• Certifications: Food Handlers’ Card and relevant safety certifications
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution
