As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Captain D’s, you will oversee all operational aspects of your restaurant, including strategic planning, staff management, cost control, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve operational standards
- Staff the restaurant efficiently
- Control costs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Lead and develop your team
- Onboard new employees and identify staffing needs
- Manage training schedules and lead Day One orientation
- Ensure accurate records and adhere to policies and legal requirements
- Resolve conflicts and provide professional direction
- Oversee inventory, labor, and financial goals
- Perform well in fast-paced, high-volume settings

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive tasks; use of speech, hearing, vision, dexterity
- Occasional use of taste/smell; exposure to chemicals and uneven surfaces
- Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, holidays
- 45+ hours/week
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (equipment/weather)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience
