Responsibilities

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required
• Physical & Mental Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.); Repetitive tasks; use of speech, hearing, vision, dexterity; Occasional use of taste/smell; exposure to chemicals and uneven surfaces

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, holidays
• 45+ hours/week
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (equipment/weather)
