ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

About the role

An experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager is sought to join a well-established and busy hospitality venue in Perth’s inner suburbs. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily front-of-house operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high service standards.
• Aid in staff training, rostering, and supervision.
• Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience throughout service.
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and general operational duties.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain venue standards and ensure compliance with RSA and workplace procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory, assistant management, or restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• RSA certification required.

What's On Offer

• Initial salary of $75,000 - $80,000/year, depending on experience.
• Clear opportunity to progress into a Restaurant Manager role, with a salary package of approximately $90,000 - $95,000/year.
• Sponsorship opportunity for the right candidate as they progress into the Restaurant Manager position, subject to eligibility.
