About the role

Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee is a full-time, immediate-hire management role focused on your success. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant Leader to oversee restaurant operations, ensure compliance with company policies and health standards, and drive customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive performance.
• Read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedure documents.
• Demonstrate proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).

Requirements

• Desire to supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
