About the role
As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities while assisting in the day-to-day operations of a residential program. You will work closely with individuals and staff members to ensure quality care and support services are provided, fostering independence, promoting well-being, and encouraging community inclusion. In this role, you will also assist with staff supervision, scheduling, program operations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members.
This position requires a valid NYS Driver’s License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation. One year of Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is also required. New hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower hourly rate.
Schedule
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thursday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Days off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Must be comfortable with flexibility in schedule, including a 24/7 on-call rotation
Pay
$24.00 – $26.40/hour (full-time, hourly)
