Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, friendly service and foster a positive culture aligned with core values
- Promptly address guest concerns
- Manage inventory, product quality, and presentation
- Effectively schedule staff to meet demand
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
- Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing employee development
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and health standards
- Control department costs
- Prepare accurate daily reports
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
- Certifications in Serve Safe Food & Alcohol preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Physical capacity to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with store technology
- Willingness to work in all restaurant roles as needed

Pay
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually based on hours worked.
