Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing employee development

• Control department costs
• Prepare accurate daily reports

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
• Certifications in Serve Safe Food & Alcohol preferred
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends
• Physical capacity to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with store technology
• Willingness to work in all restaurant roles as needed

Pay

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually based on hours worked.
