Responsibilities
- Supports the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNA's and HHA's
- Contributes to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation and a culture of safety, service, and respect
Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA
- Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred
- Some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Some experience in an Assisted Living Community is a plus
