Assistant Regional Manager - Hudson River Services (Staten Island)

About the role

AHRC New York City is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) for its Hudson River Services in Staten Island. This position reports to the Senior Regional Manager and plays a key leadership role within Hudson River Services, managing day-to-day operations of assigned commercial cleaning accounts throughout Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all site-specific scope of work and budgetary constraints
• Manage labor hours, worker schedules, periodical schedules, and back-up labor
• Perform quality insurance inspections of assigned accounts
• Manage/monitor budgets, and order supplies and equipment
• Maintain and monitor staff paid time off (PTO)
• Manage and resolve customer service issues
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures
• Complete weekly payroll
• Conduct annual performance reviews with staff
• Collect/track all monthly billing requirements
• Keep accurate files on all subordinates
• Lead by example

Requirements

• Must have 5 years of supervisory experience
• Must have commercial cleaning experience
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED (College preferred)
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be well organized, highly motivated, and proactive
• Must have an analytical capacity
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle

$66,300 per year

Schedule

Fully remote, but must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
