Responsibilities
- Oversee all farm operations including adjusting chicken house environments.
- Collect and properly handle eggs, and dispose of daily mortality.
- Operate tractors and equipment for cleaning chicken houses and farm maintenance.
- Set up and place birds, prepare for shipment.
- Maintain compliance with company programs, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage farm labor and maintain positive employer-employee relationships.
- Communicate effectively with higher authority and accurately complete records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of successful poultry management experience.
- Outstanding motivation with minimal supervision required.
- Good oral and communication skills, and strong mathematical abilities.
- Preferred strong mechanical skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Pay
$20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm, and an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am.
