Job Description

Job Overview:
Works under the direction of the Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecutor. Handles all levels of cases, will obtain considerable courtroom experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Civil infractions
• Misdemeanors
• Some felony cases
• Abuse and neglect
• Mental health hearings
• Personal protection hearings
• Prepares and presents cases as needed
• Conducts pretrials, and other hearings as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Member of the bar
• No prior experience required
