Assistant Property Manager | Traveling

About the role

This individual leads by example, demonstrating confidence with humility amongst teammates. As an extension of the community’s Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for instilling a culture of adaptable and resilient performers; and must be a pacesetter for innovative thinking and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with the overall management of our multi-family apartment community.
• Generates satisfactory cash flow.
• Promotes positive resident relations.
• Maintains optimal resident retention.

Requirements

Travel to all Buckingham Managed Communities (IN, OH, KY, IL, CO, NC, GA, TN) is required approximately 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experienced in property management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of adaptability and resilience.
• Proven track record of generating satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.
• Experience with multi-family apartment communities.
