Bader is a locally owned property management firm in Minnesota with over 50 years of experience managing rental communities in the Twin Cities area. This position is available at Masada Manor, Nicollet Court & The Arbors.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and recording rent, updating rent roll.
• Recording and completing work requests.
• Ensuring a professional appearance and manner for oneself at all times.
• Handling resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
• Showing and leasing apartments.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Bader.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of property rental information.
• Maintaining a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements.
• Efficiently and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of administrative forms, files and reports.
• Affirmatively reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
• Complying with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
