Compensation
Compensation: $20 to $23 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions, delinquency bonuses and lease renewal bonuses. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with availability for Saturdays as needed.
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Property Manager, you play a critical role in supporting the daily operations, and financial performance of your property. You’ll partner closely with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and support leasing, collections, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to continue growing within multifamily property management.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint, ADP. Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.
