Assistant Property Manager-Leasing Specialist - Middlesex County

Position Overview

JCMLiving is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager-Leasing Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our on-site management team for our property in Middlesex County.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct community and apartment tours while effectively presenting the features and benefits of the property.
• Manage inbound telephone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent prospect follow-up to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and related leasing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize property management software and CRM systems to manage leads and resident information.
• Build positive relationships with current residents by providing exceptional customer service.
• Collapse coordination and support resident retention initiatives and community events.
• Aid in rent collection and other administrative responsibilities.
• Receive and coordinate maintenance service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain high occupancy levels and an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Previous property management leasing experience (Plus).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• A positive, professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding resident experiences.
