Assistant Property Manager- Kansas City Rd

Position Overview

Central Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a location on Kansas City Rd. The position offers 24 hours a week at a starting salary of $14 - $16 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. Store hours are 10AM – 6PM with ½ hour lunch Monday through Friday, 8AM – 2PM Saturday, and closed Sundays.

Requirements

• 2 years retail/customer service management experience or 3+ years US Military experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Minimum High School or GED

Qualifications

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
• Ability to be flexible to help when needed with other stores or team members
• Show proof of a valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
• Pass a background check for credit, criminal, and driving record

Pay & Benefits

• Starting salary range: $14 - $16 per hour
