About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
• Manage and train store staff to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle inventory management and assist in maintaining stock levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
