What You’ll Do
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
- Serving as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Supporting rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquency follow-up.
- Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance summaries.
- Assisting with leasing tours, renewals, and resident move-ins/outs.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience (multi-family preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic financial knowledge (rent collection, reporting, budget support).
- Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
- A customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25-27/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
