About the role

The Assistant Property Manager position is available at the Residences at Grand Blanc Apartments in Flint, Michigan. This 455-unit conventional community is ready for an experienced professional to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle lease renewals and resident retention
• Manage daily operations of the property
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors
• Conduct routine inspections and report findings to management
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Prepare financial reports and submit to management

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Preferred Yardi experience

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
