Responsibilities
- Work with prospects to learn about our communities.
- Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and take prospects on tours.
- Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits, and assist with signing leases.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs such as renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, apartment transfers, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to confirm apartment conditions, address maintenance needs, and follow up with residents.
- Assist with move-in procedures and ensure a positive experience for new residents.
- Handle move-out processes, including security deposit dispositions, and follow up on any outstanding balances.
- Organize and execute resident activities, including planning, preparation, and hosting events.
- Support the Property Manager by assisting with training sessions, goal achievement, and other duties as needed.
