About the role
Bluecore Residential, founded in 2004, manages over 10,000 units with $2 billion in assets. The company emphasizes technology, transparency, and empowerment. They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and drive delinquency to zero.
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager and drive delinquency down to zero
- Lease and customer service are the primary responsibilities, but you will lead all collection efforts and be the sales backbone for the community
- Embrace Bluecore’s culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership and sharing what is not working well on a weekly basis
- Maintain a closing rate of 40%+ and a conversion rate of 40%+, per Bluecore standards
- Turn leads into leases; continuously close throughout the tour and always ask for the deposit
- Lead rent collection efforts; take a proactive approach to connect with delinquent residents prior to the 1st of the month
- Process and supervise all eviction proceedings
- Inspect all apartments after move-outs and move-ins
- Communicate and work cooperatively with the office and maintenance team
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for residents, prospective residents, and guests
- Assist the Property Manager in all operating duties and assume responsibility in the Property Manager's absence
Requirements
- Experience in a Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager position
- Leasing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer/technology skills; Yardi software preferred
- Reliable transportation to perform all job duties on and off site
