About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
- Support the Store Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
