Assistant Property Manager
About the role
As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This role is part of the Property Management job function and involves operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
Responsibilities
- Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
- Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.
- Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
- Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews, report outcomes, and make recommendations for change.
- Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.
- Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of your own work while working within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
