Essential Duties
- Affordability: Assist with the management of the affordable housing recertification process and compliance.
- Property Operations: Maintain property waiting list, build relationships with tenants, coordinate data collections, schedule interviews, and conduct apartment inspections.
- Compliance and Investigations: Ensure proper calculations of income, assets, rent levels, and investigate and resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations.
- Resident Files: Maintain resident files in accordance with company and regulatory agency policies.
- Financial Procedures: Assist with task associated with the operation of the property, including preparing and executing lease agreements, overseeing financial procedures, and managing rent collections.
Job Requirements
- Previous Property Management Experience: Required.
- HUD Recertifications: Required.
- Section 8 Experience: Preferred.
- Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, Outlook, OneSite/Yardi, and Microsoft Suites.
- Education: High school or GED equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of residential property management experience.
- Physical Demands: Capable of physically accessing all parts of the property and amenities, lifting up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $26.44 for a new employee, depending on relevant factors.
