Assistant Property Manager - Addison at Universal Boulevard Apartments

Responsibilities
- Handles residency inquiries via phone and in person, maintains records of inquiries.
- Leases apartment homes, conducts tours, processes applications, deposits, and ensures lease renewals.
- Screens and interviews applicants, notifies them of acceptance or denial, and follows up with residents.
- Conducts market surveys, compiles promotional materials, and implements promotional ideas.
- Completes weekly traffic analysis reports and other required reports.
- Makes community contacts and participates in corporate and community outreach programs.
- Accepts and records payments, ensures financial reporting accuracy, and reports incidents to relevant departments.
- Assists with eviction processes and attends court appearances, if needed.
- Manages property during the absence of the Director of Residential Services/Property Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget planning and expense monitoring.
- Computer skills to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer.
- Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
