As an Experienced Water Restoration Professional, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, leading projects, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, CCT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in water restoration.

Skills

• Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
