Assistant Project Manager - Top Miami ENR GC

Job Description

Support Project Managers in all phases from precon to close-out
Assist with budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
Help manage vendors, site activities, and client communication
Identify issues early and support solutions with the project team

The Successful Applicant

• 1-5 years of experience with a GC or construction firm
• Exposure to commercial, public, healthcare or institutional projects
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Procore or similar is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related preferred
