About the role
As a member of the Apollo Electrical Services, Inc team, you will oversee aspects of assigned commercial projects. You will support the Project Manager with projects through cost control, documentation management, technical coordination, schedule oversight, and field support.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage budgets: labor, materials, equipment, change orders
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and submittal logs
- Support procurement and material release
- Create and submit submittals and purchase orders; track purchase orders
- Maintain and understand contract documentation
- Interpret electrical plans: power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems
- Coordinate with GC, MEP teams, subcontractors, and engineers
- Participate in OAC meetings when PM is not available (Owner / Architect / Contractor)
- Ensure NEC compliance
- Assist Superintendents with weekly planning and monitor manpower vs. productivity
- Assist Superintendents comply with safety standards
- Assist in cost forecasts and budget updates
- Support monthly billing and contract close-out procedures
- Track insurance certificates, lien waivers, and compliance documents
- Support monthly billing and pay application preparation
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years minimum construction experience in a similar role, ideally in electrical with a commercial focus
- Ability to read/understand electrical blueprints/drawings
- Familiarity with software to include: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Strong technical understanding of NEC and construction sequencing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Estimation experience on Conest or Accubid
- Excellent English communication skills or bilingual (Spanish)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at one time
- Some travel to jobsites when PM is not available
- Willingness to respond to emergency calls nights/weekends as needed

Pay
$50,000 to $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualification match)
