Job Details
- Support field staff in enforcing safety on project during field inspections
- Completing monthly reports accurately and on time
- Understanding cost projections and preparing monthly report information
- Cooking Change Management to reduce risk to the company
- Supporting project team to achieve profit goals and control budget and costs
- Aiding in project management activities such as coordinating Requests for Information (RFIs); reviewing and distributing product submittals, shop drawings; managing project documentation, deliveries, procurement; managing the procurement log
- Cooking receipt and distribution of all records, closing out and warranty documentation for projects
- Using project management software, scheduling software, and other software (BIM, Plan Grid) to successfully execute projects
- Supporting field staff in enforcing quality on project during field inspections
- Updating project schedules and working with team to complete project on schedule
- Maintaining successful client relationships
- Mentoring new team members
- Responsible for engaging in opportunities to increase professional growth and development and maintaining training requirements

An Assistant Project Manager works in concert with the Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within approved budgets. This is accomplished by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all parties involved with the project including providing support and direction for the entire project team. Assistant Project Managers are also responsible for maintaining and communicating accurate documents including financial details of the project. Assistant Project Managers have the necessary skill sets to run and oversee smaller projects with little supervision. This is a safety sensitive position on the job site.
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 per year
