Assistant Project Manager - Power Distribution (Remote)

Responsibilities

- Assists Project Manager with managing the entire life cycle of a function(s), project(s), program, and/or customer, from set-up through execution to close-out - Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables - Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects - Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables - Analyzing data as required - Prepares agendas, and meeting notes, drafting invoices, drawing estimates, and project summaries. - Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and reports project progress. - Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Education: HS Diploma or equivalent is required - Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience with power distribution design or related projects; management may consider other education and/or work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position. - Available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. - Willing and able to travel as needed, including monthly overnight travel - Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance - Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check - Authorized to work in the United States
