Responsibilities
- Aid Project Managers in setting up and executing projects.
- Manage the construction administration process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, owners, subcontractors, and Shawmut staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (a plus).
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites, or similar project management software (a plus).
- Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects.
- Three to five years of construction management experience with a general contractor.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide.

Pay
- U.S. Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000.
Schedule
- Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
