About the role
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of warehouse and light industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Cookordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Track project costs and assist with forecasting
- Support project meetings and client communications
- Help ensure successful project closeout
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with construction management software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
