Job Description

• Walk project sites with clients to assess scope and requirements
• Develop detailed, line-item cost estimates using industry tools
• Prepare and export estimates into formal contract documents
• Manage multiple pre-negotiated projects simultaneously
• Maintain regular site visits while supporting office-based work
• Collaborate directly with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Auxiliary in building processes and infrastructure for a new regional office

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in civil construction, interiors, or general contracting
• Background in estimating, project coordination, or field operations
• Ability to scope projects and build accurate cost estimates
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, RSMeans, or Gordian (preferred)
• OSHA certifications or relevant safety training (a plus)
• Degree not required—field experience highly valued
