About the role
As an Assistant Project Manager - Framing, you will be responsible for overseeing framing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all framing tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.Responsibilities
- Oversee framing projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or framing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
