About the role
Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner serving thousands of customers across the U.S. with services including Critical Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Inspection, Underground Maintenance and Installation, and Fabrication. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work with Data Center Construction teams on project sites.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
- Daily timecard entry and approval.
- Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
- Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data.
- Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
- Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management degree.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Experience in the construction industry on large scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment.
- PREFERRED:
- Data center experience in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines.
- A valid driver license and proof of insurability.

- Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
- Walking on uneven terrain, up to three miles per day.
