Description

Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of construction projects.
Help coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting functions.
Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
Clock project schedules and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion.
Affiliate with contract administration and procurement activities.
Partner with field teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Affiliate with project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and final deliverables.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience on education, municipal, public sector, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
