Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
- Maintain change orders, submittal, and document control logs.
- Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
- Create and maintain Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
- Ensure adherence to project quality control plans.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and progress.
- Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
- Prepare price change orders and project reports.
- Support payroll with accurate information.
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
- Tactful and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to identify and meet customer expectations.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in a construction-related role, with a minimum of 1 year.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Travel up to 25%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Schedule
General work environment – This position is performed primarily on active construction sites. Activity includes sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Travel up to 25%.
