We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager who wants real mentorship, hands-on experience, and a fast track to running their own jobs as a Project Manager. ️ What You'll Do (With Our Guidance) Keep Projects Organized: Track project drawings, submittals, and contractor questions (RFIs) so field teams have what they need to build.Learn the Financials: Assist senior project managers with subcontractor bidding, material orders, and basic cost tracking.Connect Office & Field: Spend time on active job sites working with our superintendents and trade partners to solve everyday project challenges.Coordinate with Partners: Help communicate updates to architects, engineers, and specialty contractors.Build Your Skills: Gain the direct, practical experience needed to step into a lead Project Manager role. What You Bring Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in construction (commercial internships, co-ops, field engineering, or related work all count!).Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).Core Skills: Ability to read basic architectural and structural plans, strong attention to detail, and comfort using software like Procore, Bluebeam, or Excel (we will train on specific tools).Mindset: Curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn the commercial construction business from the ground up.Local Focus: Based in or relocating to the Atlanta metro area.
