About the role
This is an Assistant Project Manager opportunity with a leading Commercial General Contractor based in Malvern. The position offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, a flexible work schedule, company truck/truck allowance, and accelerated career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Oversee project budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or related field
- At least 1+ years' experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience with Commercial Construction
- Experience in the Philadelphia market preferred
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
