Job Description
- Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Contribute to resolving project-related issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
