Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with experience in commercial construction, specifically in mixed-use and/or multi-family construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs (Request for Information)
- Handle RFPs (Request for Proposals)
- Process change orders
- Coordinate with vendors
- Oversee submittals
Pay
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
